How come I don't see AI prompts in mine?

You can do lots of cool stuff with AI! Recently we used it to first analyze a ticket -> decide what the ticket requires -> pull out employee ID -> then use the employee ID in a flow to call out other flows in order to check cash-registry access for employees. We went from solving those tickets in a day, to it being resolved in a matter of minutes.

However, we used gpt custom API's instead of the native ones in 365. The GPT API gets called about 2k times a month, at a cost of 50 cent per month.
