The moment were we saw Ice King turn into a skeleton gave me a chill down my spine ngl. The Lich's wish killed everyone and his last moments were spent crying.

Honestly the Lich's wish is terrifying. Think about it, one second everyone is just doing their thing, the next, boom, dead. No sound, no screams, no nothing, just dead. In a split second everything was just gone.

This is where we see Fionna realize just how messed up the plan to turn Simon back into that state really is.

Thinking in retrospective, the destiny of everyone in that universe is pretty grim, but not as such as PB, who just saw the Lich cross the portal with Finn and Jake expecting for them to succeed in stopping him knowing what's going to happen otherwise and then poof, everybody cease to exist

I know seeing the Ice King (and everyone else) just die instantly with no fanfare is horrifying and depressing but is nobody gonna talk about him spinning poor Gunther around by his tail like a jock spinning a towel?

If the ice king and Gunter passed away, it means that the camera was recording everything until it ran out of battery or memory, it would probably be a few hours of recording showing its skeleton, which makes it even more disturbing

Pretty crazy, when the Lich wished for the extinction of all life there was no cataclysmic event, no terror or screaming. Everyone died without even knowing and without artificial beings like BMO, the universe would have been filled completely with barren worlds with nothing but the sound of a dead wind and skeletons all over the place.

Something about the last frame of Ice King's tape really got to me. I sort of expected the Lich's wish to be more... catastrophic, like some devastating event that would cause the eventual death of everything. Instead, it was just instant. Every character we know, every life that ever was, gone in an instant just like Ice King and Gunther. Feels a bit more unnerving than I expected, to be honest.

Honestly the tapes really caught me off guard, if this were a horror game you'd expect it and not get scared at all, its kinda weird

It's horrifyingly relieving in a way. To know that everyone just was gone withinin a single frame of existence rather than it being some long, agonizing process that they could be aware of.
