Yeah, well, I made a mistake of trying to open it after self-cleaning it and my latch broke off. So, I don’t know what to do. Maybe have a professional replace the latch. I don’t know.

Ours cleaned.. unlocked..opens .but now won't cook anymore.. button flashing says door is locked but it's not locked..did a power reset..nope

This worked for me but it wasn’t that easy, I had to get a bigger screwdriver and a hammer I could have done it faster than 3days if I knew that
