DJI Pocket 2 in 2024? | Camera Comparison GOPRO Canon iPhone Osmo

Does the DJI Osmo Pocket 2 still hold up in 2024? The Pocket 3 can be pretty pricey, but the Pocket 2 is way more affordable and can definitely hold its own as a video creation tool.
In this video we compare a Canon EOS 90D, a GOPRO Hero 11 Black, iPhone 13 Pro Max and of course the DJI Osmo Pocket 2.
All cameras were set to record in 4K.

Yes, I also think that the Pocket 2 is a winner here, with a built-in gimbal, great stabilization and its size, plus the convenience of file transferring

I thought they all looked fine. The 90D was dark in the first shot, but it showed how far off the color was on the other three, in later shots. Might be recoverable in post, though. The iPhone showed what had become signature since iPhone 8 overcompensating for low light and a little bright on other scenes; also fixable, mostly. All three pocket devices, however, were far better at panning than the 90D, of course. This is the first time in a while I’ve seen anything but a Sony used as the Control. 😊
