Great video. I would love a break down of REIT vs physical property.
Thats if leverage wasnt an issue.
If i had 250k and i couldnt borrow, will I go for reit or buy physical property to let

I had invested into Target REIT recently, however I pulled out of it and invested in some big tech companies instead for now. I chose it because they invest in care homes which have leases of at least 25-30 years. They seemed to have good management and unfortunately due to the interest rate increases lowered their dividend for now
