She said FDR shifted the Democratic Party away from its segregationist past. Yet, it was Democrat segregationists who opposed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and who violently opposed the Civil Rights movement. It was Truman who desegregated the military, but he doesn't get the play time of FDR.

She glossed over FDR being a Democrat. He was one from 1911 onwards. He was in the Wilson administration and was a VP candidate in 1920, as well as later being a Governor.
