Heather Morris’ Insight On Lea Michele’s ‘Glee’ Behavior

Heather Morris is speaking out about her experience with her former “Glee” co-star Lea Michele. The 34-year-old was on the “Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino” podcast, where she spoke about Lea Michele’s alleged behavior while on set, saying that at the time she felt it wasn’t her place to go to Fox executives about how Lea was acting.

The only consequence of Ryan Murphy allowing this behavior is that she barely has a career now. Nobody likes her, nobody includes her when it comes to Glee things, they don't even like her IG posts. It must suck to be that person in a project you were part of for 6 years that nobody remembers with a smile.
In my opinion, Ryan was a terrible boss because he allowed terrible behaviors from Lea and disregarded the rest of the casts feelings, and then there's lea, an amazingly talented woman with no remarkable career.

There were several guest stars that openly talked about Lea Michele's attitude during the run of Glee. But these complaints were ignored by Ryan Murphy. Mainly because Ryan Murphy himself infamously has been accused of bullying actors and producers.

It's Ryan Murphy's responsibility for allowing Lea Michelle's behaviour to go unchecked and for the working environment that exists. Lea Michelle knowingly behaved towards her co stars in the way she did, she shouldn't use 'immaturity' as an excuse! She knew she was the star of the show and had Murphy's backing so had free reign to continue her behaviuor with no consequence. I hope those that suffered at the hands of Lea Michelle have happy and successful careers. I have no sympathy for bullies like her.

Even Heather acknowledged that they got along most of the time. Heather also acknowledged that after Cory passed Lea went through a lot. So just maybe it just wasn’t Lea that they all once in a while where asses. I know that working with people day in and day out I don’t get along with everyone all of the time or them with me. We all learn from our mistakes and know one has given her the chance to show her growth.

Heather could have just said it, people were afraid to lose their jobs. Lea was Ryan's girl, and anybody speaking against her would have caught his wrath. That's the simple answer right there. Ryan gave Lea too much power and honestly the show suffered because of it.

I remember Kate Hudson (racheal's dance teacher at Nayada) spoke out on Lea's behaviour and had me thinking maybe she just doesn't get Lea but I guess I was wrong.

If Lea's attitude was already troubling infront of (maybe even towards. Who knows) a well known actress back then in s4, I can only imagine the rest.

I just hope she is reflecting now and truly changes for the better (even though this change was not done by choice)

I’ve always felt the point of difference with Lea is that she was big enough not to gaslight her cast members and didn’t deny it. She has been pretty decent at acknowledging she was a shitty person to work with and that she needs to change. That’s really important to recognise. The fact that she basically admits it’s true and that she knows she needs to be better. Personally I would have gone batshit crazy if my fiancé died like that and I know I would be a nightmare. We all grow up eventually.

Even if bullying did happen, it was up to Ryan Murphy to do something. But at the end of the day, glee ended 6 years ago, stop going after her with the hate now, give her a chance to show she’s grown and changed since then. We all grow and change and educate ourselves in our own life so stop attacking somebody who’s famous for trying to do the same thing

But he was her fiancé.
They all love Johnatan, but he’s her best friend, he loves and supports her so much.
They all say they love and appreciate Darren, but he’s also a great friend of her.

Lea obviously wasn’t a party animal and didn’t mix with them all after hours she preferred to go home, Cory himself said that in an interview. She was good for him in that way and why would he choose to spend so much time with her if she truly was that bad? She stood by him and helped him through a lot of his problems. Lots of people who are forced to work together don’t get on, it’s a fact of life! Funny how they are all coming out with this now, publicity maybe? Whatever went on we will truly never know but the heartbreak Lea went through by losing the love of her life surely makes her deserving of everyone laying off now and leaving it where it belongs in the past. 😡
