no need for tool on emulsion walls, just hot water and sugar soap in bowl plenty of sponge scourers with green backing get sponge side wet with hot water sugar soap apply quite a bit wait 5 mins to soak in not even that long then get green side and rough it up drop that in empty bowl get another one and scoop up mess back in bowl, take the bowl with several in rinse under cold tap and go again unreal so pleased saved me hours scrapping and i don't care how careful you are scrapping will scrap plaster underneath amazing so chuffed spread the word what a tie saver
