What I thought was a disappointing garage sale, turned out to be a really awesome mid-week estate sale in my neighborhood! And the prices were super cheap! So I'm showing you my haul of some cool vintage items that I'm excited to try out in future room makeovers, or add to my future Etsy collection. Like I've said in the past many times, estate sales are truly the best way to upgrade your home on a budget!

I just found your channel recently. I'm a big fan! The silver bowl with two opposite pouring spouts is a "sauce boat". When there is only one pouring spout opposite a handle, it's a "gravy boat". It's old school! ☺ And your hair is gorgeous!!!

Thanks for a quick look into Estate Sale options. I'm always uncomfortable going into somebody's home, purchasing their home goods, and then walking out with them. But as you say there are some really rare finds and unique items. I'm one of those people that can select the basic pieces for my home but have a hard time with the finishing product. So maybe I should treat estate sales as a way to find those finishing touches and introduce them into my home. I also live in SOCAL so it's good to know about local opportunities available. Great haul, fancy going for a daily walk and finding a thrifting opportunity. I particularly love the brutalist voltives. Brutalist pieces are hard to find as so many people threw them away thinking they were ugly but I find they give a real unique flair to any setting. Glad to see your looking well and enjoying your spring weather. Hope the garden is doing well also.
