This may help someone. I am a 53 year old man & I have been practicing what Joseph is teaching here for about 22 years, I started saving 3% (married with kids) gradually increasing it to 25% now. The money is invested in various ways including retirement, kids’ university education, and others. The beginning will be rough but with determination, it gets better.
