Given last week's big commitments by the UK, United States and China to make cuts to carbon emission, we asked him whether there was anything left to sort out at the summit in November.

I like his focus. I wouldn't be surprised if China pushed its current target forward a decade. Brazil and Russia I'm less hopeful of but we'll see. India will be huge. The EU and US are pretty much set for targets but we need to see delivery.
