As a person struggling with OCD I am ruminating a lot whenever I am studying completely alone. Before I started listening to this I couldn't even focus for 10 minutes before my mind played evil tricks and since I am listening to this while studying I can focus for such a long time. Yesterday I even focused for 3 hours straight, so I am super proud and thankful. It is such a simple thing but it made a big impact for me in my daily life <3

I've watched a video of a psychatrist who recommend to listen this kind of noise as a meditation for people with ADHD. The objective is to concentrate our attention on each voice, and this apparently help to calm the mind. Like an agitated baby who won't calm down exept after played a lot on the park.

This is the BEST video I have spent hours and hours "at the coffee shop" with this video which gives me background noise to focus whilst I'm working. For my neurodivergent brain....this video is GOLD!!!! I laugh to myself that I'm "off to the coffee shop" and can just sit at home and work and I love it - thank you!!!!

This sounds super good if you play a nice cozy jazz song over it, and quiet the ambience down by 20-40%!! It sounds like a natural coffee shop with a music overlay.
