Imagine yourself in a busy city, waiting under a porch for the rain to stop before you can get back on your way. You take the time to listen to the sounds around you and you feel soothed by this very special atmosphere. Relax and let your mind wander hoping that the rain won't stop soon.

I don't know why, but just hearing human activity like this helps me sleep. Makes me feel less alone I suppose idk

Edit: I hope everyone is doing well :)

I need background sounds to use while I write. With the quiet chatter and cars this is was the perfect atmosphere to make me feel like I was around people and less lonely.

For some reason to me, sleeping on a cold wet sidewalk with a pillow and blanket in a city without being harassed would be so calming.listening to every one that passes, hearing wind, rain and cars, .. so nice..

I've come to realize there is something deeply comforting for me to just close my eyes and fall asleep with the ever comforting blur of people talking in the distance. Especially if It's something like a mansion that isn't soundproofed. Just feeling the presence of people being cozy and chatting relaxes me more than anything.

I like the sound of rain falling on the window. It's comfortable and feels like a friend.

I'm surprised how comforting the sound of busy city life is. The hustle and bustle make me feel at home and tricks my brain into thinking there's still people around. Which I realize is a pretty sad thought. The covid world of 2020.

Honestly, everybody here is from the city, but I’m from Georgia, not Atlanta though, and not a very busy part, I guess I just like not feeling alone, and this helps, thanks so much

My favorite thing ever is driving through the city with the windows down. If I’m in passenger leaning on the door and closing my eyes. The way the lights flash and I can see it under my eyelids but also paying attention to the noises of people and other cars passing by. Feeling the breeze of driving by is also really relaxing. I always have to have noise to feel more comfortable. I’ve never liked the silence, noise is more comforting, like it’s telling me I’m not alone.

I have been looking for this category of rain sounds. This is perfect. I was asleep in 10 minutes and slept through the night. Thank you.❤

Exactly what I need. Hate crowds but love listening to the hustle and bustle of a rainy evening in the city.

It’s so nice to have a post deliver me just what their title says. This is “10H Rain, Traffic Noise, (and) Busy Cafe Chatter”. No disruptive adverts, no lying to me, just “10H Rain, Traffic Noise, (and) Busy Cafe Chatter”.
Thank you, myNoise - Focus - Relax - Sleep, for giving me your respect and the absolute best post of its kind on YouTube. I really do appreciate it! 👍✌️
