Other possible way is to see YouTube profile from comments, most people create a channel after making account but it's not necessary so it's less accurate

Note: In your mobile, Type in the search bar: Welcom to your Google account, scroll all the way down to the bottom then you will find the mail and with the date

This method is not accurate, stop publishing it. This method only indicates when you activated POP3/IMA and in my case it says that I activated it in 2012. But my Gmail account was created before 2007, because I created it using invitations.
