Stihl 028 Spitting gas out of the carb

Holding full throttle, it's spraying gas mixture out of the carburetor onto my hand.

Does anyone know what causes this? One guy said (on a forum) that the exhaust screen may be plugged. I didn't know it had a screen but will definitely have a look! Does a Stihl have a reed valve?

It was running way too rich. Turn the fuel screw in

I have the same saw 028 it’s is get to much gas in the carburetor you need to clean it or get a new carburetor for $17
