Just a note, Yinlin's weapon reads: "Electric Amplification Increases the DMG Bonus by 12%". Which sounds like it only gives you electro damage, but no, it gives you 12% all elements dmg, I checked on Encore just to see if maybe they meant Electro characters but no, it buffs all elements.

Her weapon actually does give 48% attack when off field and not 36% like what others mention, so you are correct in that.

5 pc Void Thunder on her, with Calcharo I now have 2 DPS, Verina is the main support. Yinlin is great with AOE and Calcharo is great for grinding down enemies. that 20% Damage buff on her outro skill is such a boon.

My plan was to wait until WuWa comes out on console. But WuWas Version of kafka made me start it now. And I won her 50/50 and even got her weapon with 25 pity. I guess she loves me too.

If they release an echo set in the future that accelerates encore meter build, that legit might be BIS on her. The only thing that makes her ever so slightly awkward is that her full rotation only builds 60-70% bar.
