I went from not using this character in any team for a long while to plotting to clone her so i have one for my freeze team and eula team. Also her elemental skill is by far my favorite in the game, i love to use it to zip directly to the enemies to save stamina and even dodge.

Finally a decent Rosaria guide. She seems to be often overlooked and underrated because cryo is kinda saturated with powerhouse characters but Rosaria is a great character. Solid damage and battery and great for overworld exploration.

Rosa's A1 passive can be sometimes inconsistent, you need to successfully hit enemies from BEHIND to get that 12% crit rate bonus for herself.

I've had C2 Rosaria since I started playing in 2.3, and she really carried me. Definitely one of my favorite characters, she's extremely satisfying to use with her mobility and amazing animations. Plus, she is a must have in all my favorite teams (freeze, melt and eula), so she's so worth investing into!

I’ve had rosaria since she was first released but I haven’t really touched her since then until the recent domain event. I love how quick her animations are, especially her E since it lets you move immediately to another enemy. I might honestly build her soon depending on how artifact hunting goes.

It cannot be understated how good Rosaria w/ high crit, noblesse, and fav lance is on Ayaka freeze team, especially if there is a koko with millileth & thrilling tales (and VV anemo)

Rosaria can also work on her own in a reverse melt team, if you are confident that you can refill your burst in time. Rosaria Sucrose Benny Xiangling is my choice against those heralds.

I usually run rosa with eula. I keep her at crit rate 80 crtdmg 160. That way, she can supply eula with much crit rate as possible while maintaining relevant damage.
Running her on Eosf is enticing but, i believe it's best if she runs on 4pc noblesse esp if she's paired with eula.

I do use a NO+BS hybrid set when i run her in melt team with xianling and benny.
