What a great story… and the character narration— I love it. Awesome and super fun, what a treat! TY so much….However…I guess I have to say, tho, to the nasty “haters”… 1. I'm only about 2 and a half hours in and loving the story and this guy is the perfect reader floor this story. That being said holy rip off of Dune Batman. Literally half the background info is directly lifted from Dune.

"Scion" is not pronounced "sk-ion" but the c is silent. Si-on. Means “a descendant of a wealthy, aristocratic or influential family.” Used around 18:00 or so. Not heard much these days.

I must leave this at 31:16:23... A well written story about hubris. It has become tedious to listen to the main character push against reason to satisfy his and only his desire. He is not rational and is not noble. He uses time and space and the lives of others to gain his ends and leaves nothing for anyone else. I grow weary of Hadrian's self-centered life. Death and destruction based on his own misconceptions grow impossible for me to endure.... and I cannot retrieve the 31 hours I have invested. Ergo I become a victim of Hadrian as well. Damn!
