This is clickbait. If you watch the original video you would see that _all_ security precautions were disabled. Even then, it is next to impossible to get a virus if you only visit well known websites (which most people do)

The issues arise when you connect it DIRECTLY to the internet, these people are purposely missing out key details to fearmonger



Also no i don't daily drive XP....but if you need to download software or drivers for an older system it's perfectly safe, so long as you are careful

A lot of factories still run equipment on windows XP but that’s not a bad thing they just don’t connect it to the internet

you should use windows server 2003 r2 64 bit if you want nostalgia, i got it installed on my laptop from 2010 and because that the support lasted longer than xp, the firewall is as strong as a windows 7 and never gets infected unless you open the virus file just like in the newer OS' of microsoft
