Thanks, I really appreciate these videos. They are good information and hopefully it will help me desensitize myself enough to make a dental visit less traumatic.

Currently restoring teeth enamel isnt possible but in the future that could change. The university of Washington is currently running studies on a lozenge which when taken can restore a few micrometres of enamel, one lozenge can maintain a healthy level on enamel, 2 can restore enamel. That was just a quick summary but I would encourage everyone to read the articled and studies about it. It will probaly be awhile before this comes out but if/when it does it would revolutionize dental care and probaly be greater than the discovery of flourides dental benifits.

1) Use very very diluted fluoride as rinse
2) Floss everyday
3) don't drink acidic drinks too much
4) drink water a lot
5) chew gum (with Xylitol) to decrease bacteria
6) have lots of calcium through diet
7) decrease direct sugars
8) focus on dairy products
9) follow 1 to 8 to decrease the decay only when you address the problem early enough

From personal experience, I think the main cause of tooth erosion is bruxism. In places where my teeth are under pressure, there was erosion of the teeth at the root of the teeth.

So is Huel products good to eat/drink? Been noticing that I have been having it more, and suddenly got a cavity, but was also eating too much junk as well, so I’m wondering if it is both or just 1?

Yeah, too bad I didn't know this 50 years ago. All my molars are now capped. I don't even think that dental floss existed prior to the 1970's. At least in not most households.

for me those tips come 1-2 decades too late, I do have erosion issues by acids from softdrinks and it starts also on the edges of the front theeth. Im very addicted to sugary drinks and I try to drink them only at very few specific points a day (nonetheless replacing them progressively with water only) and take some sips of water right after each sip of soft drink. That already helps ALOT.

What I did also wrong over the years was after brushing teeth, to rinse with water. You should just spit out and let the tooth paste remain in your mouth to keep the flourides there

Will following these rules help revert the decalcified white spots on my teeth? They're on my front teeth and I REALLY want to get rid of them

Thanks for the video. I do have a question regarding acidic foods. Most of the healthy foods such as fruits and veggies have some level of acidity (i.e. all citrus, most berries, tomatoes, pineapple, etc), also whole grains that you suggest eating due to its calcium level can ferment to acids in the mouth, so what is the rule? I understand eliminating soda and refined sugar, but what is the rule with eating healthy foods that have acidic content? Is it really the food that causes erosion, or the behavior? Like for example, eating an orange for breakfast vs. sipping on lemon water all day for hours... is there a rule of thumb when it comes to acidic foods? Thanks

Does that mean is tooth decay ..but it doesnt hurt.. or is just skin inflamation
I knew my dentist should have fixed it not only for 6 month
