Is this an old version of Google home. When I try to: add device -> works with Google home -> Lenovo smart home -> 'link account to control Lenovo smart home' continue -> tries to upload a web page but it says not recognised address... Any help from anyone?

My Google home detects the device. But says a few steps are needed before I can connect. And tells me to download Google Utility Manager. But that app is not available for my country (I live in Dubai). So, I am stuck. I am trying Lenovo Smart Clock 2, by the way. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks.
