Energy Balancer glitches in Mega Man 6 (NES) - A Wild Glitch Appears! #shorts
Показать описание
In Mega Man VI for the NES, there is a password you can input to start the game with the Energy Balancer in your inventory, but no bosses defeated. This is normally not possible because in order to collect the Energy Balancer as intended, you would need to bring the Power Adapter ability to Tomahawk Man's stage, and in order to obtain the Power Adapter, you would need to defeat Flame Man.
For those of you who didn't watch the video, the password is A1, A5, C3, E1, E5. Like you just rolled a 5.
The Energy Balancer is an item that allows Mega Man to pick up weapon energy capsules and distribute the weapon energy to weapons in his inventory even while he has the default Mega Buster equipped. But having the Energy Balancer while you do not have any weapons in your inventory can produce some strange effects.
In this example, I went to Wind Man's stage with the Energy Balancer in my items, and no bosses defeated. After collected SMALL weapon energy capsules from very specific enemies, then losing all of my lives, the Game Over screen displayed an interesting password. When I proceeded to the Stage Select screen, the game showed that I had defeated Knight Man and Centaur Man, even though I never even attempted their levels.
But yeah other stuff can happen as well. For example sometimes the game will randomly award Beat plates/letters? Try it out!
What are some other weird tricks in old games you know about? I want to make more of these quick shorts, so leave a comment to suggest more glitches, Easter Eggs, and weird things!
