Sunset Session at Surf Lakes

At a recent event night Surf Lakes hosted a range of talented musicians who put on an amazing performance and helped us raise much needed donations for Charity Water. The sunset session really shows how the concentric waves are formed around the entire lake when each set pulses.

could one of these operate around the clock? or are there laws deeming it too noisy to operate past say 9pm?
I mean, if that air pressure release thingo was underground like has been described before - it would just be the sound of crashing waves....
People live by the ocean and they don't complain about the sound of crashing waves so it seems feasible that I could go for a midnight surf when the park is less busy and maybe the off-peak cost per wave is more cost friendly...
