I remember learning to surf. My friends were surfers and they took me out. None of them were as good as this legend, but they kept riding beside me shouting, "You got it, feel the board! Lean left!" Stuff like that. The first time I was able to keep up they cheered with me and it was a memory that brings joy to this day.

Success is an amazing feeling. Sharing that feeling with those who help you succeed is all the sweeter. The feeling of the board gliding on the water, the smell of the salt, the taste of the air. Then looking over at the person or people who helped you get there smiling that you did it. Just typing this message I can relive all those feelings from so many years ago.
