the biggest design flaw for me is the removal of the light bar on the console

-Slim has better cooling system.
-the controller has a light bar on the touch pad
-slim has better WiFi
-the slims fans are more efficient thats why theres very little fan noise and its barely noticeable.
Because cooling is so much better in the slim, the games also run smoother and shimmer in game graphics is also toned down.

used to have a standard ps4 and i just got the slim one and i gotta say i love this one it fits places better looks less bulky and it just looks clean. plus you can definitely tell the difference in remote.

It's my understanding that USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 gen1 are the exact same speed. You need USB 3.1 gen 2 to get that bandwidth jump. Doesn't that mean the USB 3.1 gen1 ports on PS4 slim are the same speed as original PS4?

Dual band 5Ghz wifi should have been in the first place... and it's not USB 3.1 (Gen 2) 10Gbps, it's still USB 3.0 (3.1 Gen 1 5Gbps is kinda misleading and confusing for some)
