When you do too much for people, like have machines do EVERYTHING for them sometimes its easy to forget simple, everyday tasks, like shutting a door and not losing or breaking a finger.

However Tesla actually can fix this if you think about it, with a camera they may already have a view and be able to use Tesla AI and Tesla One to teach their evs to recognize humans and dangers that are present during closing like a person would actually see their children stick their fingers in the way and be able to stop the closing. This would be very possible with their current AI. Someone let Elon know this is an easy engineering and AI fix!
