This is one of the healthiest breakfast you can and should eat! Eat this every day and you'll notice amazing benefits. Not only for your health, but for your gut, digestion, mood, and energy levels.
This is my go-to breakfast. It's super healthy, made with intact grains, it's also quick and easy to make and takes only 15 min to whip together.

Recipe
0.2 cups of millet
0.2 cups of quinoa
0.1 cups of red lentils
1-1.5 cups of water
1-3 tbs cocoa powder
3 pears (or any fruit)
Toppings
Ground flax seeds
Chopped dates
Blueberries
Walnuts
Organic soy milk
Cook fruit, grains, and water, on medium heat until soft and tender. About 15 minutes. Let the porridge rest for about 5 minutes. Add the toppings and you're done!
