What Crew Eat on a Super Yacht - Galley Diaries

What do crew onboard a luxury yacht eat? The answer is mostly everything! In this Galley Diaries myself and sous chef Tilly give you the run down on how we feed the 14 crew onboard, what the hardest bits are, and we almost all take a tumble in the rough seas crossing from Panama to the Caribbean. (Whilst it might not seem that rough for an average ship - luxury yachts aren't really designed to go in rough seas. We carry Jet Skis, tenders, art and lots of expensive glassware!)
