Osteopathic doctor saved my life. I messed up my hips playing sports. Pain went on for years. It got so bad I couldn’t walk. I did physical therapy, chiropractor, and finally osteopath. All 3 contributed to my recovery. Things took a huge turn for the better when the osteopath treated me. I have never had that pain again, I am active too. Thank you osteopath doctor. I settled for my VA doctors because I assumed that's the best I could get. Then I discovered an issue with my biggest disorder diagnosis, and after watching a few Doctor Mike videos, decided to seek a new PC doctor.

Can you please do a video on macronutrients and what makes up our diets. I would like to know more about fat, saturated fats, unsaturated, mono, and poly, as well as cholesterol are eggs yolks good are they bad? I am 28 and have high cholesterol and after starting pravastatin my cholesterol has gone to a normal range but it had made me want to start eating healthier. I’m trying to count my macros daily to loose some weight and then be able to maintain it in time. My main reason for this is because I experience heart palpitations when I eat too much at one time, and by too much I mean if I eat 2 pieces of pizza... palpitations. Too much pasta...palpitations. I’ve gone to the cardiologist and after echos and ekgs they said I was most likely born with a hole in my heart but that it shouldn’t effect me. It just confuses me as to it happening after eating food. I mean I understand your heart works harder to digest but it hasn’t always been there just after having my 2 children. I would appreciate it so much if you could shine some light on the fats and cholesterol and throw it in a video! Thank you so much I’m a fellow New Yorker, I live on the island Ronkonkoma!
