If you're after a tablet for reading books, comics and magazines, this is a solid option thanks to that colourful e-ink screen. This offers a comfortable viewing experience even in daylight. Onyx's Boox Note Air 3C also comes with Boox's excellent, responsive stylus pen for annotating documents etc.

The last three phones I've bought for my family and I have been because of reviews on this channel. Nice work.

I bought it and no regrets. Much better than I thought. I can read all my books at the same device - just as it should be...

I ordered one for my daughter for college. She needs the color for anatomy pictures. Was a bit worried about the short battery life but your video was reassuring, 20 hours is not bad.

Damn, this looks super nice! Was looking at getting a Kindle Scribe then stumbled on someone mentioning this. Looks nicer and more versatile. Great review

Love the reviews mate. Needed a little extra push to buy one on my student budget but now I’m sold for sure! Cheers

Would you recommend for magazine and long-form article reading, or something else?

Dammit, I bought the Air 2+ this year. I could have waited although colour is just a small bonus. I can't fault the design or software, and it looks like they've moved the power button to a much more sensible position.

I like the look of it but man, that's a pretty pricey slate.

At the moment I have Amazon's standard Kindle but I want to be able to use apps like Libby with it and see full colour illustrations when I'm reading comics.

I know a lot of people might just say "why not just get a standard tablet?" and quite simply standard tablet displays are absolute cack in direct sunlight compared to e-ink displays.

This tablet covers my needs but assuming the colour e-ink display doesn't have a huge impact on the price I'd rather wait until someone finds a way to cut a few of the more unnecessary corners to get the price a bit lower.

I ve used onyx air 2 plus ( I think previous one) little bit. I don't like it because it is quite sluggish., much slower than kindle Scribe..yes it looks premium but not software. I do not know if there is any improvement on this new model. But based on my previous experiences, if you need just notetaking device, you should go for remarkable 2; if you need notetaking and ebook reading, you should go for kindle Scribe; if you need just ebook reader, kindle paperwhite or something similar should be enough. Onyx has more advanced features but I can't bear a slow device. If they sort software issues, I directly go them..

By the way Samsung galaxy S9 etc are not good for notetaking..they are multimedia tablets.

Great review. For note taking would you consider this or Samsung S9?

Just wondering on what you think of Bigme Product as compared to Onyx Boox, will you do any review on Bigme E-Reader?

Have you tried the black and white version? I think the display is better.

Can you change the home screen so it's business first and a redear 2nd?
E.g. have an option to make the main home page display: important events, daily itinerary, calender, recent files, fav book files....

Thanks for great review! At the moment i have Pocketbook inkpad 3pro. Want to try the best reader in 10inch size for reading not just books, but also magazines and newspapers. Also has to be on android so i can download newspapers applications. Is it this model Boox note air 3 C is today the best model on the market? What is better for my purposes (reading only) color or BW, Boox note air 3C or Boox note air 3? Thanks in advance

What happened to the battery lasted 2 weeks? Is it the RGB layer that takes it away or the light, perhaps both?
