Great job.
It looks like tough stuff that glue. I understand it's often the case when the PCB has components on both sides.
It is for the components on the underside of the PCB so they don't fall off going though the reflow oven.

"Who invented lead-free solder never did any soldering" .. Last place I worked we had to use lead-free. Quite ok to solder parts in, almost impossible to do repairs on plated-thru holes. When using a little bit of leaded on the joint all goes smoothly

Solder flux is like cowbell...there's no such thing as too much 👍🤣

My nemesis is lead-free solder... Although it's still better than some of the cheap leaded solders I've tried.

SMD Components on bottom side are glued prior to wave soldering, also known as „mass soldering“ to solder them together with all THT connectors
