Sean Bean's character here is what Alpha-male wannabes are all about. Always desperate to prove themselves. Always itching for an opportunity to show how badass they are. But you can always tell how insecure they are because they do not know what they are talking about or doing. Contrast this to De Niro's character. He is laid back. He does not need to brag about his credentials. He lets his action do the talking. I love this movie. This is the most badass Robert DeNiro has been in movies
