Now that's just some of the most general blah, blah, blah I have ever heard. You talk alot and say nothing. Saying good quality sources and good quality food; is like a fart in the wind. Are those 5 likes by yourselves? Please clarify: How do you measure food quality? How do you measure quality of fat?
