This is a great explanation, thank you very much. I have a question: I have calculated undiscounted cash flow on a project, and the data is in MONTHS, not years. I have looked at some of the explanations about this on other sites, and I don't understand the Power in the denominator in MONTLY data. Can you possible help me with that?
