Based on a true story! When these first came out in 2002, I hadn't heard of them.
One of my edgier friends gave me this weird little green rectangle, and I was certain they
were playing a joke on me (or that it was some kind of weird new drug.) I gave in after much hesitation, and immediately got freaked out because it was EXTREMELY minty, so for a split second, I thought my fears were justified, lol! Keep in mind, all I
had to go off of was the sheet. No one showed me what it even was til AFTER I
tried it!! 😂

When I was a kid these two girls gave me a five hour energy drink and pressured me into drinking it. After I drank it, they told me it was alcohol. I cried until they got off the bus, when they told me it was just an energy drink. Good times.

When I was in 5th grade, I gave one to a special needs student. She started getting super red and crying really bad, the teachers came by right away. I was like I’m sorry I didn’t know it would be that bad 😞. They said what did you give her?!?!? I’m like listerine strip…
They just said oh … that’s ok she will be fine. I felt terrible
