Pan seared garlic lamb chops are quick to make during the week. Lamb chops are super flavorful and easy to make. I like marinate lamb chops overnight, but if you're too busy to prep, marinating the lamb chops for about 15 minutes, will work too.

Recipe: Pan Seared Garlic Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
- 5 lamb rib chops
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 chopped onion
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- fresh parsley for garnish
- olive oil

Instructions:
1. Marinate lamb chops with olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and onions.
2. Heat up your skillet and add olive oil.
3. Cook first side for about 5 minutes. Flip the lamb chops over and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Remove the lamb chops and add chopped onions to skillet. Cooks onions until brown.
5. Garnish lamb chops with onions and fresh parsley.
