Hi, I was wondering how I can label only one 5' dsDNA end. It's the first step for the Footprinting experiment, I only do need 1 labelled end. Do you know how can I achieve that ?

why use ATP because of dATP? is it relative stability? or separation of dATP's phosphate is harder than ATP? I'm so curious :(

Content is good

But you stutter too much in between, write the content first and then read it loud
Also drop the fake American accent!

Cheers!
