You put castor oli in the eyes or on outside of the eyes and rub it a bit? Thank you! ❤

I think my service dog (Siberian Husky with ice blue eyes) has a cherry eye. But hers bump is on the upper lateral sclera mext to.her iris.and it comes and goes.

Does a cherry eye only happen on the bottom? Inquiring minds want to know 😉
