Ethics Forum: Conflicts of Interest

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (“JCOPE”) hosted an informal Ethics Forum with agency Ethics Officers and General Counsels regarding Executive Law Section 94 and conflicts of interests. The forum provided an opportunity to ask questions and explore situations in which outside activities may create ethical issues for state employees.
