We have so much good hip hop to go through now, I think Clark has a point. A classic album can be defined as one with no skips. That thins out what the culture defines as a classic, cool. It stops people from calling thug motivation 101 a classic I’m with it. I think the albums with skips just shouldn’t be disrespected like they are trash.. hell maybe we call albums that have skips classics and the ones that don’t grail albums something the greatest artist rarely achieve. It’s like aquemini, vs stankonia. Both are classics but grail status could be given to aquemini

A classic can have skips if 90% of it is classic music. A skip could be a good song but maybe its just the track where they tried to cater to ladies for example, and u just weren't feeling it bc it wasn't for you.
