Dr Ellie has a protocol which im learning has helped many remineralize their teeth/heal gums etc .. she fully supports listerine BUT only the COOL MINT OR ORIGINAL one . Good, let us have the cool mint instead as recommended by Dr. Ellie and then rinse with original ACT fluoride rinse. Closys and also original Crest toothpaste before Listerine cool mint and ACT for the win.

I'd recommend Dragon Breath X Mouthwash

Xylitol gum or mints after eating, when saliva acidic, when saliva not enough or before bed (middle of night). Then bathe your mouth with closys ultrasensitive mouthwash. This will help kill bad acting bacteria, balance ph and is exactly like water, no burning, no nothing. Then brush with crest "prevents cacivities before they start". Make sure you are brushing properly. Watch a video on how to brush with either electric or mechanical. Both are different. Then if you are going to floss do it with the toothpaste still in mouth so it has chance to go between teeth and under gums. Also make sure you are flossing properly. I dont suggest floss IF you replace it with a full care system that targets interproximal (between teeth) cavities and also under the gums. Then use listerine cool mint or original is slightly stronger. Then finally use act mouthwash cavity repair with fluoride.

Xylitol balances ph after eating and increase saliva to get rid of extra food particles and prevent plaque from forming and sticking.

Closys, balances ph to make sure the acid from foods dont weaken your enamel before you brush (ever told not to brush after eating? Thats because your enamel will be weak from acidity and brushing can do more harm than good. This prevents that and does more)

brushing is obvious, it takes off plaque that is there and helps remineralize teeth.

Listerine is proven to be over 4x more effective at preventing interproximal cavities than flossing. Should you replace it entriely? Only if you have a full system that takes care of the gums and teeth contact points like floss would. The main issue with floss is if you alrwady have gum issues it can make them worse. But if you have gum issues and continue to not floss or replace flossing it will probably end up with your black triangles showing (usually hidden by the gums, teeth root can be exposed by gum that is pulled down)

And act mouthwash because listerine is great but if you use it last it will make your mouth acidic which is bad and it will take the fluoride out of your mouth which you want fluoride for femineralization or teeth whitening.
