Chinese Yanmar clone 178f

This is the first start of my new diesel engine. I had to make a base and weigh it down with 80 lbs of coal to keep it from walking across the floor. It's a Chinese made clone of a Yanmar, supposed to generate about 6.5 hp. I plan to put this in a boat I'm building.

Vroom Vroom! Where did you order it from? What's got you using a small diesel instead of a small gas engine for your boat? Any modifications planned for how the intake or exhaust will run or is that not a big concern?
