Thibs is not the GM but we all know he's the decision maker when it comes to roster moves and he has been horrible as the timberwolves POBO. In a league that's going small-ball lineup and shooting more threepointers, he signed big men that's overpaid. He signed Jordan Hill to $8 mil. contract but Thibs didnt even give him playing time. He signed Cole Aldrich to 3 years/$21 mil. contract only to be the highest paid cheerleader in the league. He resigned Gorgui Dieng to four years/$64 mil. contract and Gorgui had a disappointing year this season (Dieng had more turnovers than blocks this season ▪▪▪59 turnovers | 39 blocks). An average center like Gorgui doesnt deserve to get paid $16 mil. per year. A center who deserves that amount of money is Capela, a good defensive big and also an efficient scorer and we all know what Capela did to us in this series. Thibs gave 32 year old Taj Gibson $24 mil. contract for two seasons and why the fuck did we draft a big man in Justin Patton 16th overall in last year's draft if we overpaid other big men? Wiggs played all 82 games this season + 5 games in the playoffs and his defense is improved a bit but that's the only good things for Wiggs this season bcause he also had a worse season than last year offensively (it's understandable coz we added Teague and Jimmy to the roster, which made Wigs shoot less shot attemps than a year ago) but how's a career 75% free throw shooter only shot 60% from free throw line this season after getting max contract extension?
KAT, I thought u can become Anthony Davis type of player but your defense is horrible and you are a foul prone too. I think we should resign Derrick Rose (dont overpay him Thibs). Jamal, you should go man. We need a younger, better defender than you. Teague had a subpar season after getting paid $7 mil. more than Ricky and I want to see more from Jeff next season. Tyus has improved a lot in his third year. I think we should resign Bjelica only if Bjely wants to stay with us bcause with the minutes he got this season, I think he wants to get paid more $$$ and get more playing time somewhere else. Jimmy is a great player but I dont wanna see him leading the league in minutes again and Thibs has to start truating his bench players. It's been an up and down season. We had home court advantage for most of the season and then Jimmy got injured after the allstar break and he missed 17 games, which made us fall to 8th seed. I'm looking forward to the draft and free agency. Thibs, you should draft a wing player in the first round and dont draft a center again.
