I liked ACOTAR when it first came out in like, 2015? But I think if I read it now I would roll my eyes. I’ve just been maturing as a reader. The 2015 me is not the 2024 me, and I’m totally okay with that. 😂❤

I liked Faebound well enough (and I haven't read ACOTAR so I cannot compare the two), but I personally wouldn't call the interpersonal relationships subtle 😂 To me at least some of the tropes/plot points were written a bit forced or obvious. But the world building is so cool and I looooved the magic system. I look forward to the next book!
