Calculate time difference in hours minutes seconds with VBA

In many situations with different begin and end timings we may wish to automate our calculations of the difference in hours, minutes and seconds. This can be done quickly and easily with Excel VBA.

Hello Mr. Dinesh,
I have two questions but they are not related to this video I have created a userform for accounting data entry, it is consist of TextBox1 for serial number, TextBox2 for Document number, TextBox3 for date, TextBox4 for quantity, TextBox5 for description, TextBox6 for debit amount and TextBox7 for credit amount. And ComboBox1 for account type, ComboBox2 for account name depending on ComboBox1, last is ComboBox3 depending on ComboBox2.
My questions are:
1- The Excel does not sum the amount which imported from TextBox6 and 7. I guess the problem is that the useform exports the amount in text format so the Excel could not sum so how can I enable excel to sum the amount which imported from userform?
2- I wanted ComboBox3 to show options depending on ComboBox2 only but unfortunately I couldn't so now it show options depending on ComboBox1 and I don't want this.
I hope you can help me on this.

Hello Mr. Dinesh, I would like to perform the same calculation as yours but with the amount of hours to include difference in days. Any easy way to include this into the calculation? I have a speadsheet with each cell containing (4cells all together) "date1" "time1" "date 2" "time 2" and I need to work out the difference between "date & time 1" and "date & time 2" in Hours, Minutes and seconds.
