You can right click on the mixer to solo. You should create a selection set on the timeline so your automation is the same duration as the audio it’s related to. Automations otherwise span the song duration. You can right click/reset the center point of a control curve.

I cant find a single video that shows how to SPECIFICALLY automate the solo and mute buttons. Is that something that you can make a video on please?

My issue is how to easily and quickly draw out the automation needed.
I need like short cuts or short cut keys that make drawing out the actual
automation much faster and easier to achieve. I also need to know how
to FIND and DELETE/REMOVE automation that's not being displayed in
the sequencer? I automated the bypass button on some reverb and now
I'm not seeing the actual automation in the sequencer even though it's
STILL present and I'm not sure how to find and delete that automation?
