I tried making this and 1 tablespoon of salt is way too much salt, after some time it was impossible for me to continue eating the bread because it was so salty. When I checked other recipes, they all had 1 teaspoon of salt instead. Made a second attempt with 1 teaspoon of salt, and then it had right amount of salt and the bread tasted good.

I'm new to Algerian cooking and this is my bf favorite so I want to learn to make it for him. Can you tell me how much semolina is in the bowl, I don't want to just guess. And do you use all of the water? Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for posting your videos.
I'm a man who's not that versed in the kitchen and I'm dying for Algerian cuisine. This KESRA looks amazing. Is there any way you could post the recipe with more details (USA mesurments: Cups, Tbsp, tsp, etc...) and directions how to prepare it like yours ( time of kneading, Time for the dough to rest, approximatly the thickness of the flatened dough and time of cooking per side so, it doesnt burn.
I tried to guess the mesurements ( I didnt know how many Cups of semolina were in that Bowl)
My kesra came out Dry, too thin and hard. I'm sure I guessed wrong somewhere :)
From an idiot in the kitchen! LOL
