You just explained Bitsy's hallucinations in a nutshell.
She looks up and sees strange divine beings rolling dice like all their lives are just some sick, twisted game; they have no free will, no autonomy, even their thoughts arent their own.
Just a bunch of fleshy littke vessels filled with essence beyond their comprehension, following unknown paths to unknown ends, forever thinking they're the players in their own life but really they're just puppets dancing for the amusement of the all knowing, all powerful, omnipotent sky people.

That reminds me of the story in one DnD Session one of player's character rolled perception so high that their character could get a glimpse of giant overlords looking down upon them from a table top plane and it forever traumatized by it.
