2 blocks firm tofu (about 500g each)
Salt and Pepper
3 pcs nori sheets
Sauce:
1 cup water
2 tbsp low sodium japanese soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp Mushroom seasoning
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Dash of sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Blanched bok choy
