This opening was amazing when you first see it, but having watched the season half it's connected to, it's jut incredible hwo they've not only encapsulated the madcap soul of what the show is, but the entire story arc of that section. That run through the street is some of the best animation I've seen, and that's saying something when there's no end of excellent animation in recent years. And that shadow in the door at the end actually gives me chills. Love this whole thing from start to finish.

I love that this anime stuck to its over the top cartoony aesthetic.
Sure this show has a lot of hot characters, but this show was originally a comedy. It made fun of harems well before harems were even a thing that existed in anime.

NGL, season 1 had better production quality in the OPs, this had the vibe of someone who read the synopsis and saw the poster and stopped there
